What a great way to celebrate your child's birthday and have fun!
Arrange for your son or daughter and 9 friends to have a birthday celebration at one of our action-packed gymnastics parties! You can reserve your party by using button link below at the bottom of this page or jump to our contact section for further information about our facility and parties.
Parties can be booked for Saturday and Sunday afternoons, and are structured with one hour of gym followed by 45 minutes in the party room. Parties have NCCP Certified staff present -- one party coordinator and one instructor.
Birthday party booking cancellations MUST be provided by email. Cancellations within 2 weeks or less of party date are non-refundable. 50% credit is provided for Birthday Party booking cancellations received 2 to 4 weeks prior to party date booked. Cancellations 30 days or more prior to the party booking date will be subject to a 100% refund.

How much does it cost? Up to 10 children = $175+ GST (includes birthday child). Add $15.00 per each additional child. Maximum 16 children.
Birthday Party Overview
The first hour of your booking is ‘gym time’! Please avoid arriving earlier than (5) minutes prior to your start time. Upon entry, please instruct the attending children to place their belongings in the cubbies located in our lobby area.
The last (45) minutes of your booking is for gifts/food in the lobby (party) area. The room will be set up and cleaned for you by our staff.
For safety reasons, parents and guardians must stay off of all equipment. Our coaches are certified to spot gymnastics skills and are the only person(s) who are authorized to do so at Flipside Gymnastics – this rule also applies to all first aid procedures. Sorry, no exceptions.
You may bring any type of food or drink you wish with the exception of alcoholic beverages and peanut/nuts products.
After 3 verbal warnings from the coaches, all discipline problems are to be resolved by the attending parent(s) and the child must be removed from the floor/equipment area. The parent will be responsible for the child from that point forward.
Children under (3) years of age or children with special needs must have an attendant within
arms-reach at all times.
Late arrivals will not be given extra time as we often have multiple party bookings per day.
